Synthetic rubber is a synthetic high-elastic copolymer. 2. Natural rubber blended with chlorinated polyethylene modified

Chlorinated polyethylene, ie CEP, is a saturated polymer material with weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance. The use of proper amount of CPE in the production of natural rubber products can significantly improve the weather resistance and oil resistance of natural rubber. The study shows that in natural rubber/CPE blends, as the amount of CPE increases, the 300% modulus, tear strength and hardness of the blends increase, but the tensile strength is lower than that of CPE. Natural rubber vulcanizate is low.

3. Natural rubber blended waste rubber powder modification

At present, there are two main ways to recycle and recycle waste rubber. One is the recycling of waste rubber into recycled rubber, and the other is recycled rubber powder. The addition of proper amount of rubber powder in the production of natural rubber products can improve natural rubber products. Tear strength, wear resistance, aging resistance and fatigue resistance, reduce rubber heat generation and compression set, improve fluidity, reduce raw material cost; but in actual production, when rubber powder is modified, rubber powder Excessive dosage will lead to a decrease in the strength of the rubber compound and a decrease in the process performance. Natural rubber products can also be blended with suitable types of reclaimed rubber during the production process to reduce the production cost while improving the performance of natural rubber products.
