Butyl recycled rubber has the basic properties of butyl rubber, good air tightness, heat resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. Butyl recycled rubber has good compatibility with EPDM rubber, and can be used with EPDM rubber in an appropriate ratio to produce the inner and outer layers of automobile air conditioning hoses, reducing costs and improving the processability and finished air tightness and aging resistance of EPDM air conditioning hoses. When EPDM and butyl recycled rubber are used together in a ratio of 80:20, the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber for automobile air conditioning hoses are better.

3. Neoprene recycled glue

Neoprene recycled rubber is mostly processed from cable sheaths as the main raw material, with good heat resistance, weather resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, etc., excellent bonding performance, can be used in conjunction with EPDM rubber E5LYY415 to produce automotive air conditioning hoses, further improve the corrosion resistance of finished products.
