Chlorinated butyl reclaimed rubber was prepared by using pharmaceutical butyl stopper as raw material, through classification, roughing, grinding, primary recycling, softening, refining, desulfurization, regeneration, softening, heat refining, filtration and refining five processes. It has the characteristics of high plasticity, light color, no pollution, no taste of national standard and good elasticity of hand feeling. With natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber and other unsaturated rubber, can also be used as a copolymer of butyl rubber monomer, butyl rubber vulcanized with improved performance.
