Recycled nitrile rubber produces oil-resistant rubber liners, high-quality and low-cost new raw materials

Recycled nitrile rubber is a new type of recycled rubber material, which not only has the advantage of low price, but also has the characteristics of low taste and good oil resistance compared with traditional nitrile rubber. In the production of oil-resistant rubber liners, recycled nitrile rubber is used to replace part of the nitrile rubber, which can not only reduce costs under the premise of ensuring quality, but also meet the requirements of raw material recycling and improve the market competitiveness of products.

Hongyun recycled rubber recommended oil-resistant rubber liner reference vulcanization formula: 30 parts of nitrile rubber, 100 parts of HY recycled nitrile rubber, 1.8 parts of sulfur, a total of 2.2 parts of accelerator, 0.6 parts of active agent, 50 parts of filler, 12 parts of plasticizer. By reasonably adjusting the vulcanization temperature and time of Hongyun nitrile regenerated rubber, ideal vulcanization strength and oil resistance can be obtained.

The

processing of recycled nitrile rubber liners requires attention to the following two points:

1. It is necessary to ensure the quality and purity of rubber materials and avoid the existence of impurities. The main reason for the low strength in the detection of vulcanized rubber is that the impurities in nitrile regenerated rubber exceed the standard.

2. Adjust the vulcanization temperature and time to ensure that the degree of vulcanization of the rubber liner is moderate, and it is necessary to determine that the vulcanization curve is flat by the vulcanization test, and it is recommended to do it.

HY recycled nitrile rubber production of oil-resistant rubber liner processing process:

1. Mix recycled nitrile rubber YY23-804 and other auxiliary materials according to the vulcanization formula to ensure uniform dispersion of additives, and the mixed rubber needs to be simply parked for 6-12 hours before use to achieve the best effect. Nitrile rubber is a polar rubber, the mixing temperature is recommended below 80 °C, and the temperature of the mill is below 60 °C. Anti-scorching agents and antioxidants can be added to the additives.

2. Put the mixed rubber into the plate vulcanizing machine for heating, and heat and pressure to vulcanize normally. The general vulcanization temperature is about 150-155 °C. Pay attention to seasonal changes to adjust the vulcanization time and vulcanization temperature, and it is recommended to exhaust 1-2 times in summer.

Recycled nitrile rubber is a new type of recycled raw material with high quality and low price, suitable for the production of oil-resistant rubber liners. Through reasonable vulcanization formulation and processing, oil-resistant rubber liners with excellent performance can be produced. It can not only reduce the cost of raw materials, but also improve the market competitiveness of products, and have broad application prospects. The replacement of some nitrile rubber with nitrile reclaimed rubber will bring new development opportunities for the production of oil-resistant rubber liners.
