1. Use PVC in the nitrile oil resistant rubber sheet formulation
Polyvinyl chloride, which is often referred to as PVC material, has stable physical and chemical properties and has a certain resistance to general chemical corrosion. After chemical cross-linking, the material's UV resistance, solvent resistance and impact resistance are significantly improved. Tests have shown that the nitrile rubber/PVC blend material test piece is placed in ozone at a concentration of 1%, and cracks still occur after 20 minutes; in contrast, the pure nitrile rubber test piece is at the same ozone concentration. The recycled rubber products of waste rubber products are processed and reprocessed with good fluidity, high plasticity and stable product size. The high-grade reclaimed rubber products can also improve the smoothness of the surface of the products to a certain extent. Therefore, rubber products manufacturers may wish to use oil-resistant rubber sheets. The proper amount of reclaimed rubber (butyronitrile reclaimed rubber or tire tread reclaimed rubber) can be used in the formulation to improve the performance of the oil-resistant rubber sheet and reduce the production cost of the nitrile-resistant rubber sheet.
3. Reasonable selection of the matching system of nitrile oil resistant rubber sheet

Rubber manufacturers need to choose a suitable vulcanization system. For example, the combination of accelerator CZ and accelerator TMTD can significantly improve the scorch safety and vulcanization flatness of the rubber compound. Rubber products manufacturers also need to rationally design the reinforcing filling system of oil-resistant rubber sheet, softening plasticizing system, anti-aging system, etc., while improving the technical performance of the rubber compound, further improve the comprehensive index of oil-resistant rubber sheet and prolong the service life.
