Rubber blowing agents can be divided into organic blowing agents and inorganic blowing agents. When using nitrile recycled rubber as the main raw material to prepare sponge glue, commonly used inorganic blowing agents include sodium bicarbonate, ammonium carbonate, acid ammonium carbonate and other E5LYY113, which are used together with stearic acid, oleic acid and other higher fatty acids and benzoic acid to help foaming. It is recommended to use organic blowing agent that produces nitrogen gas, and the nitrogen pressure in the bubbles is similar to the partial pressure of nitrogen in the atmosphere, so the bubbles do not shrink for a long time.
3. Key points of the design of the vulcanization system for the production of sponge rubber in nitrile recycled rubber
When using nitrile recycled rubber to prepare sponge rubber, it is recommended to use delayed accelerators, such as accelerators TMTM, CZ, NOBS, etc.; When using accelerator DM, it is recommended to use a small amount of anti-coke agent such as anti-scorch NA.
4. Key points of the design of the plasticization system for the production of sponge rubber in nitrile recycled rubber
When preparing sponge rubber using Mooney's highly viscous nitrile rubber or nitrile recycled rubber, it is recommended to add 20 to 50 parts of liquid nitrile rubber, low-viscosity softener, or liquid polybutadiene oligomers to improve the fluidity and plasticity of the compound.
