Nitrile rubber and nitrile reclaimed rubber can be used in various oil-resistant rubber products, wear-resistant shock-absorbing products, heat-resistant rubber products, and different types of nitrile products have different requirements for reinforcing agents (mainly carbon black). Need to be considered separately.

1. Nitrile rubber / reclaimed rubber to produce ordinary oil resistant rubber products

Compared with other types of rubber, nitrile rubber and nitrile reclaimed rubber have the greatest advantage in oil resistance and are widely used in the production of various oil resistant rubber products. Ordinary oil-resistant rubber products have high requirements on oil resistance and aging resistance of rubber compounds, and also require good low compression deformation properties and physical and mechanical strength. Therefore, when nitrile rubber and nitrile reclaimed rubber are used to produce oil-resistant rubber products, A certain amount of reinforcing agent, such as carbon black, is needed to combine the semi-reinforcing carbon black with other carbon black to obtain a more desirable reinforcing effect.

2. Nitrile rubber / reclaimed rubber to produce high strength, high wear resistant rubber products

Nitrile rubber/recycled rubber has high tensile strength and good wear resistance. It can also be used to produce rubber products with special requirements for strength and wear resistance. In this case, it is necessary to use a high wear-resistant furnace black with remarkable reinforcing effect or Super wear-resistant carbon black.

3. Nitrile rubber / reclaimed rubber to produce high elasticity rubber products

Soft nitrile rubber and nitrile reclaimed rubber in nitrile rubber are generally used in the production of various high-elastic and oil-resistant rubber products. The coarse carbon soft carbon black in the reinforcing agent can significantly improve the rubber resilience and fill in a large amount. In the case of the physical and mechanical properties of the product has little effect.

When producing rubber products using nitrile rubber or nitrile reclaimed rubber, the white reinforcing filler can be made of white carbon black, and an appropriate amount of thermosetting phenolic resin or polyethylene resin is used to obtain good polarity strength, heat resistance and oil resistance. Hard clay, active magnesium oxide and activated calcium carbonate in non-reinforcing fillers can also have certain reinforcing properties in nitrile rubber, but the dosage should not be too high.

Reasonable use of reinforcing agent in the formulation of nitrile rubber and nitrile reclaimed rubber products can not only improve the physical and mechanical properties and reinforcing properties of the rubber compound, but also not bring side effects to the processing technology; taking carbon black as an example, nitrile rubber products The amount of medium-reinforcing carbon black can be controlled between 60-100 parts, and the high wear-resistant furnace black content is controlled at 50-60 parts; the nitrile reclaimed rubber itself contains certain components of reinforcing agent and filler, and contains nitrile. In the formulation of reclaimed rubber or pure nitrile reclaimed rubber products, the amount of reinforcing agent in the formula should be appropriately adjusted according to actual needs.
