2. Application of butyl reclaimed rubber in vulcanized capsules and water tires
Vulcanized bladder and water tire are commonly used vulcanization molds in the process of tire manufacturing, which have particularly high requirements for rubber air tightness, heat resistance and flexural resistance, and butyl rubber is an ideal raw material. Vulcanization capsules E4LYY319 used to maintain the shape of the tire when it is cured. Water tires apply pressure to the tires during the vulcanization process, providing an even pressure distribution that helps produce tires with consistent shape and quality. 4. Application of butyl reclaimed rubber in tire tread and sidewall rubber
(1) Tread rubber: Tire tread rubber needs to have excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, puncture resistance, wet slip resistance, good handling stability and low heat generation, and is generally processed from natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber. Butyl reclaimed rubber can be used in combination with natural rubber, butadiene rubber, etc. in an appropriate proportion to produce tire tread rubber, so as to improve the thermal and oxidative aging resistance and fatigue resistance of the tread rubber, and prolong the service life of tire tread rubber.
