2. The latex reclaimed rubber can't be separated from the reinforcing agent, such as carbon black or white carbon, and reacts with the surface groups of the latex reclaimed rubber compound to produce the reinforcing rubber; the latex reclaims the rubber. During the parking process, the rubber compound will continue to disperse these powdery reinforcing agents in the rubber compound, which will improve the uniformity of dispersion and at the same time allow the latex compound rubber to interact with the reinforcing agent again to form a more complete complement. Strong rubber improves the reinforcing effect.

3. Various compounding agents in the process of mixing latex reclaimed rubber, due to the limitation of mixing time, or the self-moisture of the compounding agent, may cause the compounding agent to appear agglomerate phenomenon, and the dispersion is not uniform; during the parking process of the latex reclaimed rubber compounding rubber, Part of the powdery compound that may agglomerate will continue to disperse with the movement of the rubber powder segment, improving the uniformity and stability of the latex reclaimed rubber compound.

4. As the rubber compound is constantly subjected to external mechanical forces in the mixing process, it will have structural fatigue. After the parked latex reclaimed rubber compound, the stress will be relaxed, and the performance of the latex reclaimed rubber product will be improved. In actual production, there are also hot water flowing without stopping.

After rubber compounded with latex reclaimed rubber, after a period of time, some rubber compounds still need to be filtered to remove impurities. We will not discuss them one by one.
