High‑strength pure latex reclaimed rubber is mainly made from industrial latex waste and latex‑product scraps, compounded with partial floor‑dropped natural rubber during production. It is processed by crushing, desulfurization, disinfection, drying and filtration and features relatively high rubber‑hydrocarbon content. Many rubber‑goods manufacturers have used it after reasonable formula adjustment. With suitable formula and proper process debugging, some customers can achieve raw‑material‑cost reduction of about one‑third. It has advantages of high tensile strength, low specific gravity, good elasticity, easy color matching, relatively low odor, high elongation at break and simple open‑mill processing, helping save labor and energy consumption. Resting for 12‑24 hours after mixing with chemical raw materials can bring favorable processing performance.
