3. Problems that need to be considered when mixing red reclaimed rubber with red reclaimed rubber with red active V-belt canvas rubber

When using red reclaimed rubber to reduce the cost of red reclaimed rubber, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the balance of the properties of the rubber compound, as well as the processing process of the rubber compound, especially the properties of the fluidity and vulcanization speed of the rubber compound, which need to be matched with the production equipment and process parameters to ensure the smooth progress of the production process. (1) Rubber raw materials: natural rubber/red reclaimed rubber and rubbing with active V belt canvas, natural rubber and red reclaimed rubber as the basic rubber material, can provide good elasticity and tensile strength, it is recommended to choose reclaimed rubber, choose products with good elasticity, small specific gravity, no impurities, and stable quality.

(3) Vulcanization system: When using natural rubber and red reclaimed rubber as the main raw materials to prepare red active V-belt canvas rubber, sulfur-accelerator system is mostly used, and the accelerator M/DM/TMTD can be used together to adjust the vulcanization speed, ensure the full vulcanization of the rubber material, form a stable vulcanized rubber network structure, and improve the physical and mechanical properties and durability of the finished product of the active V-belt.

(4) Antioxidant: Antioxidant RD and antioxidant BLE are used together to significantly improve the resistance to thermal and oxidative aging, ozone aging and flexural resistance of rubber products. Antioxidant RD has excellent protection against aging caused by heat and oxygen, but has poor protection against flexural aging. Antioxidant BLE has good protective properties against heat, oxygen, ozone, climate and flexure.

(5) Colorant: When red reclaimed rubber is used to reduce the cost of red reclaimed rubber for red active V belt canvas rubber, the colorant mainly uses iron red and rubber red, and the dosage is reasonably controlled, which can not only ensure the uniform appearance and color of the rubber material, but also will not affect the performance of the rubber material.
