1. Application of butyl reclaimed rubber in roof waterproofing membrane

(1) Butyl rubber + butyl reclaimed rubber: The butyl reclaimed rubber produced from butyl rubber inner tubes, water tires, etc. as raw materials has good mechanical properties and aging resistance, and can replace the continuous butyl rubber 2ELYY728 to produce roof waterproof rolls material, improve the extrusion performance of the rubber compound while reducing the cost. In actual production, the extrusion speed of the butyl rubber/butyl reclaimed rubber compound is fast, the shrinkage rate of the finished product is small, and the film specification stability is good.

(2) Use butyl reclaimed rubber alone: Butyl reclaimed rubber has low price, better aging resistance and water permeability than general rubber, and can completely replace butyl rubber to produce roof waterproofing membranes, effectively reducing production costs.

(3) Butyl reclaimed rubber + EPDM reclaimed rubber: When butyl reclaimed rubber is used as the main raw material to produce roof waterproofing membranes, adding an appropriate amount of EPDM reclaimed rubber can further improve the vulcanization performance and resistance of butyl reclaimed rubber. 2. Practical formula of butyl reclaimed rubber to produce roof waterproofing membrane

(1) Butyl rubber + butyl reclaimed rubber to produce roof waterproofing membrane formula: 80 parts of butyl rubber, 40 parts of butyl reclaimed rubber, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 2.1 parts of stearic acid, 1.1 parts of antioxidant BLE, sunlight resistance 1 part of anti-aging agent, 75 parts of thermal carbon black, 20 parts of easy-mixing groove black, 5 parts of naphthenic oil, 0.5 part of accelerator M, 1.5 part of accelerator TMTD, 1.8 part of sulfur; total: 233 parts.

(2) The formula of butyl reclaimed rubber to produce roof waterproofing membrane: 100 parts of butyl reclaimed rubber, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 3 parts of stearic acid, 1 part of anti-aging agent 4010NA, 1 part of anti-aging agent DFC-34, high wear-resistant carbon 30 parts of black, 70 parts of talc, 15 parts of softener, 2 parts of accelerator M, 1 part of accelerator TMTD, 1 part of accelerator PX, 1 part of accelerator NC, 2 parts of sulfur; total: 232 parts.

(3) butyl reclaimed rubber + EPDM reclaimed rubber to produce roof waterproofing membrane formula: 85 parts of butyl reclaimed rubber, 15 parts of EPDM reclaimed rubber, 2 parts of zinc oxide, 0.4 part of stearic acid, accelerator 0.3 part of M, 1 part of accelerator TMTD, 0.6 part of accelerator ZDC, 1.1 part of sulfur; total: 105.4 parts.
