Landing natural rubber storage to prevent mildew

The use of latex reclaimed rubber and floor-standing natural rubber instead of natural rubber to produce rubber products is currently a way of reducing costs for many rubber product manufacturers. The indexes of natural rubber used in the process are close to that of standard natural rubber, but due to the presence of certain impurities, Mostly used for the production of some molded rubber products, and extruded rubber products usually use latex reclaimed rubber instead of natural rubber. Although the floor glue and latex reclaimed rubber can reduce the raw material cost of rubber products, but there are still great differences between the two in terms of use and storage, in addition to the attention of cool natural ventilation in the storage of natural rubber, but also pay special attention to moisture and mold change.

All rubber raw materials need to avoid direct sunlight during storage. This is because strong light will lead to premature aging of the rubber. At the same time, long-term direct sunlight will cause the temperature of the natural rubber block to fall, and the physical and mechanical properties will change. The most intuitive That is, the natural rubber on the floor becomes soft, so the landing glue, like other rubbers, needs to be stored in a closed, cool, ventilated warehouse with the room temperature controlled between 10-25°C.

The natural rubber that is dropped is the natural latex that is processed on the ground after the collection process. The main components are the same as the natural rubber and contain large cellulose, water, protein, and fatty acids. When the ambient temperature of the floor-standing rubber storage exceeds 35°C, oxygen and ozone will react with the natural rubber rubber molecules on the floor, resulting in a drop in the strength of the natural rubber. The humidity is too high and it is prone to mildew under conditions of excessive humidity and suitable temperature. Brown or dark green spots appear on the rubber surface. Therefore, the unused natural rubber must be kept in a damp-proof and mildew-proof condition when it is stored, away from high temperatures and away from the humid environment, and the relative humidity of the warehouse should be controlled below 70% to avoid the loss caused by rubber mildew.

The use of floor glue manufacturers are to reduce the cost of raw materials, but once the floor glue will cause unnecessary losses. Therefore, in the storage process, the natural rubber to be dropped should be protected from light, heat, and humidity, stored in a closed, cool and ventilated warehouse, and covered and stored off the floor.
