3. Selection of rubber accessories
The rubber cushion belt containing tire rubber powder can be vulcanized with sulfur, and with sulfenamide accelerators such as accelerator CZ, the vulcanization time is shorter and the scorch safety is higher. Carbon black N330 has good dispersibility in the rubber compound and can give the cushion tape good tensile strength, tear resistance, abrasion resistance and elasticity. The combined use of antioxidant RD and antioxidant 4010NA can further improve the anti-aging performance of the cushion tape, especially the heat-resistant oxygen aging performance, and extend the service life of the car tire cushion.
