1. Application of antioxidant 264 in light color recycled rubber products
Antioxidant 264 is prepared by dehydration of isobutyl alcohol to isobutylene in the presence of aluminum trichloride catalyst, alkylation of isobutylene with p-cresol in the presence of sulfuric acid catalyst, and recrystallization and drying of the reaction product with ethanol; It is white or light yellow crystal, non-toxic and tasteless. Antioxidant 264 is an important type of non-polluting antioxidant, which has good protective effect on thermal oxygen aging of reclaimed rubber 2SLYY222; When using recycled rubber, such as white latex recycled rubber, to produce white, light and light rubber products, use antioxidant 264 more.
Antioxidant 264 is easy to disperse in the reclaimed rubber. When used, it can be directly mixed into the reclaimed rubber and made into a dispersion; The solubility of the product in the recycled rubber is relatively large. The amount of 264 in the light color recycled rubber products is generally controlled at 0.5-2 parts by mass, and the amount below 5 parts by mass is basically not frosted, which will not affect the vulcanization characteristics of the rubber. When antioxidant 264 is used for light-color recycled rubber products, it can be used together with antioxidant MB and antioxidant TNP to improve the fatigue resistance and ozone aging resistance of recycled rubber vulcanizates.
2. Application of antioxidant SP in light color recycled rubber products
Antioxidant SP is prepared by aromatization of phenol and styrene at 140-150 ℃ under the action of accelerator; When a certain amount of light calcium carbonate is added, it is SP-C; If a certain amount of silica is added, it is SP-W; The product is light yellow to amber viscous liquid with low price, and is an important variety of non-polluting antioxidant. Using recycled rubber to produce light and bright rubber shoes, sponge products, etc., antioxidant SP can be used. Its protective effect is close to that of antioxidant D, and it has good protective effect on aging caused by heat, oxygen, flexion and cracking, weather and other factors.
The antioxidant SP has a good dispersion phase in the recycled rubber and a high solubility. The dosage of the antioxidant SP in the light color recycled rubber products is generally controlled at 0.5-3 parts by mass. When the dosage is less than 2 parts by mass, the frost spraying problem will not occur.
3. Application of antioxidant 2246 in light color recycled rubber products
Antioxidant 2246 is a white or creamy yellow powder, which is a typical phenolic non-polluting antioxidant. Its inhibition effect on thermal oxygen, weather aging, flex aging and variable metal is better than that of antioxidant 264, and its protective effect is close to that of amine antioxidant A and antioxidant D. Anti-aging agent 2246 can be used to produce light-colored and bright-colored rubber products with high requirements for aging resistance using recycled rubber. Antioxidant 2246 has good dispersibility in the rubber compound, and its dosage is controlled at 2 parts of mass without frost spraying, which does not affect the vulcanization characteristics of the rubber compound. It can be used alone or in combination with antioxidant MB and antioxidant DOD to further improve the protective effect.
