1. Rubbing formula design of ordinary flat belt cloth containing latex recycled rubber

The common flat belt cloth rubbers require that the rubber compound has better constant elongation stress, better vulcanization flatness, and proper vulcanization rate during vulcanization; It has good aging resistance and good heat dissipation; Good operation performance, ensuring that the calendering does not drop glue and does not produce scorch; The cloth rubbers are mainly natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber. The flat belt cloth rubbers can be prepared by replacing a certain proportion of natural rubber with latex reclaimed rubber, and the rubber content is controlled at about 50%.

When the reclaimed latex rubber and natural rubber or styrene butadiene rubber are used together to produce ordinary flat belt cloth for rubber wiping, sulfur vulcanization is generally used with accelerator M/D, or hyposulphonylamine accelerator and M are used together, and the amount of sulfur 2ELYY1116 is controlled  2.5-3 parts; The amount of zinc oxide can be increased to 10-15 phr to further improve the thermal conductivity of the rubber compound; Anti aging agent with good effect on improving the bending property of cloth layer shall be used; Avoid the use of softening plasticizers in large quantities and meet the process requirements.

2. Formula design of ordinary flat belt sealant containing latex reclaimed rubber

The common flat belt sealing rubber is required to be bright in color, fast in vulcanization and setting, low in fluidity, and good in aging resistance. It is generally processed with natural rubber as the main raw material. It is recommended to use red latex reclaimed rubber when mixing with latex reclaimed rubber, with a rubber content of about 40%.

The ordinary flat belt sealing compound containing latex reclaimed rubber is generally vulcanized with sulfur, with accelerator M and accelerator D; Add 20-50 parts of magnesium carbonate to reduce the fluidity of rubber; The dosage of zinc oxide and lithopone shall be appropriately increased to ensure the bright color of the compound; It is recommended to select color stable antioxidant such as MB to avoid discoloration migration.

In actual production, the performance requirements of the sealing compound are basically the same as that of the sealing compound, but the compound is required to be slightly soft. Therefore, when using natural rubber/latex reclaimed rubber and using rubber to produce ordinary flat belt sealing compound, it is recommended to add a moderate amount of softening plasticizer in the formula, and the curing rate should be slower than that of the sealing compound. It is recommended to use M/DM blend system to better adjust the curing rate.

4. Formula design of ordinary flat belt edge paste containing latex reclaimed rubber

The performance requirements of ordinary flat belts on rubber compound are basically the same as those of sealing rubber. When natural rubber/latex reclaimed rubber is used to produce side paste rubber, the color of rubber compound is required to be more bright. It is recommended to increase the amount of organic red pigment appropriately. The amount of lithopone is more than that of sealing rubber.

Latex reclaimed rubber can be used together with natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and natural rubber/styrene butadiene rubber to produce ordinary rubber flat belts.
