1, butyl heat resistant reclaimed rubber products vulcanizing agent selection

At present, vulcanization systems commonly used in the production of rubber products include sulfur vulcanization systems, resin vulcanization systems, and peroxide vulcanization systems. Among them, the heat resistance of butyl regenerated rubber vulcanizates after vulcanization using a peroxide curing system and a resin vulcanization system is improved. Good, benzoquinone dioxime and phenolic resin are good choices, the use of resin cured butyl regenerated rubber vulcanizate crosslinking cross-linked network stability is better. Therefore, butyl heat regenerative rubber products are more inclined to use resin as a vulcanizing agent.
