If the rubber does not reach the required degree of plasticity, it will bring great difficulties to the mixing (such as roll off), and the shrinkage rate of the rubber will increase; if the rubber is excessively plasticized, the hardness and tensile strength of the rubber will be caused. Decreased, aging resistance decreased, etc. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent process, the rubber must be plasticized. Generally, the plasticity of molded rubber products is required to be about 0.3, and the plasticity of calendering, extrusion and sponge foam materials is required to be about 0.5. Plasticizing is not an essential part of rubber processing. It needs to be comprehensively judged according to the plasticizing characteristics of rubber raw materials, Mooney viscosity, etc. Generally, plastics with Mooney viscosity (ML100℃ 1+4) below 80 do not need to be plasticated (special use or performance). The Mooney viscosity (ML100℃ 1+4) of tire reclaimed rubber is generally around 60. Before mixing, plasticizers, fillers, etc. can be directly mixed in the internal mixer, or the mixer can be directly mixed after thinning several times. Therefore, most of the tire reclaimed rubber does not need to go through the plasticizing process, which is why the tire reclaimed rubber can reduce the cost of electricity and electricity compared with natural rubber.

For those who use the mixer, please take good care of the vulcanizing agent, accelerator, antioxidant, zinc oxide and other products in your hand, and add them to the mixer in advance. The temperature control of the mixer is not in place, and the rubber may be half-cooked if it has not been degummed. Or fully cooked, depending on the mixing time and temperature, which is equivalent to a non-pressurized vulcanization process in advance without a vulcanizer.

2. Mixing should be carried out in strict accordance with the feeding sequence of the rubber mixing process. Do not change the sequence at will or add all of them in one go.

3. In order to ensure the plasticity of the mixed rubber, the mixing time should be strictly controlled.
