(2) Containing 10 parts of reclaimed tire rubber: 60 parts of natural rubber, 30 parts of butadiene rubber, 10 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 10 parts of tire reclaimed rubber, 3 parts of stearic acid, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1.4 parts of paraffin wax, anti-aging agent 2.5 parts, 3 parts solid coumarone, 6 parts rubber oil, 48 parts carbon black, 1.8 parts accelerator, 1.3 parts sulfur; in total, 182 parts.

(3) Containing 20 parts of reclaimed tire rubber: 60 parts of natural rubber, 30 parts of butadiene rubber, 10 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 20 parts of tire reclaimed rubber, 2.5 parts of stearic acid, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1.1 parts of accelerator CZ, 0.8 parts of paraffin wax, 2 parts of antioxidants, 8 parts of rubber oil, 45 parts of carbon black, 5 parts of white carbon black, 0.8 parts of accelerator DM, 1.3 parts of sulfur; in total, 191.5 parts.

2. Adjust the formula of tread rubber containing reclaimed tire rubber

(1) Vulcanization system: Light tire tread rubber without tire reclaimed rubber can be used with accelerator OBS when sulfur is vulcanized; when tire reclaimed rubber is vulcanized with sulfur 2LLYY107, accelerator CZ and accelerator DM can be used in combination , The dosage of accelerator CZ is generally slightly higher than that of accelerator DM.

(2) Reinforcement system: The reinforcement system for light-duty tire tread rubber is generally composed of super abrasion-resistant carbon black and high abrasion-resistant carbon black. The super abrasion-resistant carbon black is mainly used to improve the tensile strength and tear of the rubber. Crack strength and aging resistance, improve the wear resistance and puncture resistance of tire tread rubber; if necessary, a small amount of white carbon black can be used to further improve the tear resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance of the light tire tread. Adhesion, etc.

(3) Anti-aging system: Physical protection and chemical protection are usually used together. As a typical physical antioxidant, paraffin wax can form a physical protective layer on the surface of tire tread rubber to effectively prevent ozone cracking; use antioxidant BLE, antioxidant A and antioxidant 4010 in a ratio of 1.5/1/0.5; or Choose antioxidant 4010, antioxidant RD and antioxidant H combined system, mainly 4010, combined with antioxidant RD and a small amount of antioxidant H, significantly improve the aging resistance of light tire tread.
